The Marshmallow J-turn is an infant bed that converts to a car seat. It's the only bed & chair with thermo-sensitive memory foam and a "bio-medical swing" by Aprica.

The Aprica Marshmallow is a Group 0+ and 1 car seat with a useful Thermo Ventilation system which allows air to circulate through the seat and keep baby's head comfortably cool. The roomy seat is made from soft, high-tech impact padding and allows newborn babies to adopt the flat position for complete comfort. In Japan, these are also used as infant bassinets.

For baby's first few months or on longer car trips the seat can be fully reclined. Once baby can sit unaided it can rotate to face the back of the car, taking up less space but still providing comfort and flexibility through 3 reclining positions. It can then be transformed to a forward-facing seat with a footrest, for babies weighing more than 9kg.
